Phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Customer Service Center is located on the south end of Everett Station at 3201 Smith Ave, Everett WA 98201, and is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Both are closed weekends and most holidays.

Lost & Found

Open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Closed weekends and most holidays. Items should be available for pick-up the next business day after 10 a.m. More information can be found on our Lost & Found Web page.

Paratransit scheduling office hours:
Monday - Friday,  8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays,  9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
