Turning in Abandoned Items
Abandoned items found on Everett Transit vehicles can be turned in to the bus driver. Additionally, items found on Everett Station grounds are to be turned in to the Customer Service Center at Everett Station. All found items are logged and kept for 30 days. After 30 days, items are turned over to the Everett Police Department Property Room.

Items of High Importance
If you have lost the following, we will do our best to locate your item as quickly as possible:
  • Keys
  • Medication
  • Purse
  • Wallet
We cannot contact drivers on routes while they are in service if your item is not one of those listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Finding Lost Items
If you believe you have left an item on an Everett Transit bus or at Everett Station, please contact Customer Service at 425-257-7773. We will try our best to locate it.

For items left on other agency buses (i.e. Community Transit, Sound Transit, etc.), please contact that agency directly.

Item Pick-Up
Items found on an Everett Transit bus and delivered to the Customer Service Center should be available for pick-up the next business day after 10 a.m.
