If you believe you left an item on an Everett Transit bus, please contact our Customer Service office at 425-257-7773. The office is located at Everett Station, 3201 Smith Ave., Everett, WA, 98201 and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (closed weekends and major holidays).
You must complete the Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP) application and return it to a transit customer service office. Customer service staff at Everett Station and at the Lynnwood Transit Center can process the applications. Everett Transit allows animals on the bus. Please be courteous and do not allow your animals to disturb other customers. Pets must be kept on your lap or on the floor of the bus; animals may not occupy a customer seat. Dogs must be on a leash and have a muzzle that covers the mouth and is secured behind the head. Owners must control their animals at all times and clean up after them. Except for dogs, all animals must be in an approved carrier. Animals not in an approved carrier will not be allowed on the bus. Service or guide animals are allowed on all Everett Transit buses. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
When taking the bus, there are many ways to get to Everett Station. All Everett Transit routes serve Everett Station, with the exceptions being Route 2 and Route 12. Refer to our bus schedule book or system map to see which route is closest to you.
You have many options when planning a trip to Everett Mall. Depending on where you need to be picked up, you can choose from ET Routes 2, 7, 12, or 29.
Everett Transit's Route 3, 8, 12, and 18 all stop at or next to the Seaway Transit Center (TC); located near the Boeing Everett plant. From Seaway TC, there are multiple services available to complete your trip to Boeing. Please refer to the regional trip planner, found here for specific trip planning assistance.
Transfers are included for those who pay fare with an ORCA card and are valid for two hours from the time fare is paid. When transferring, you only pay the difference if the new fare is higher than the fare already paid. Agencies that accept ORCA include: Everett Transit, Community Transit, Sound Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit and King County Metro.
Similar to how a person may fly to one airport and transfer planes to reach a destination, Everett Station serves as a key transportation hub for passengers traveling within Snohomish County or beyond. From the Everett Station a customer can connect to service and travel elsewhere in Everett, visit other cities within the county, ride to Seattle or Skagit County, and even board Amtrak or Greyhound for service well beyond the Puget Sound region.
